Erv Penner       Developer, Kiss Builders Ltd.
Is the main driving force behind Kiss Builders.  He has extensive hands on construction & development experience with major projects in Vancouver and the Lower Mainland Region.

Erv is personable, approachable, creative and is very deadline driven.

Leanne Kiss       Office Manager, Corporate Liaison, Kiss Builders Ltd.
Brings coordination and attention to detail to the project and the design.   
Also has a flare for interior designing and furnishing.

John Penner    Project Manager, Kiss Builders Ltd.
Is the son of Erv Penner with over 10 years of hands on construction and building experience. 
He has a background in Urban Land & Economics and was a certified real estate appraiser (Appraisal Institute of Canada) also.

John is detailed, thorough as well as straightforward and approachable.  He is on site daily solving problems, holding the trades accountable and making sure the job is done right.
